We offer comprehensive sexology services, including individual and couples’ sessions. These sessions address sexual challenges and concerns, enhance intimacy, provide sexual education, and support sexual exploration in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Our services are beneficial for anyone experiencing sexual dysfunction, seeking to enhance their sexual experiences, or wanting to explore their sexuality. Individuals and couples of all orientations and backgrounds are welcome.
Additionally, we offer larger group sessions and are available to speak to secondary school students through workshops and presentations on specific topics related to the health curriculum. Our educational sessions for teenagers cover a range of topics, promoting healthy relationships, informed consent, and a positive approach to sexuality.

Yes, I currently only offer online sessions for individuals and couples. However, I conduct in-person workshops and presentations for secondary school students on specific topics related to the health curriculum.
-
A typical session lasts about 50-60 minutes. However, the duration can be adjusted based on your needs and preferences.
-
The number of sessions needed varies based on individual circumstances and goals. Typically, the first session involves taking a detailed medical history and discussing your expectations and goals for therapy. From there, we can develop a personalised treatment plan.
- Short-Term Goals: Some issues may be addressed in 2 to 3 sessions, focussing on specific concerns and strategies for improvement.
- Long-Term Goals: For more complex issues or ongoing support, regular sessions over a longer period may be recommended. This approach allows for deeper exploration and gradual progress towards your desired outcomes.
The frequency and duration of sessions will be determined collaboratively based on your progress and evolving needs throughout therapy.
